OEKO-TEX 100 certified accessories used to keep the high quality.
Though there is no international standard for children safety regarding
clothes. But V-Baby realizes the importance to prevent no sharp objects
or dangerous materials on children. All clothes in V-baby collections
go through a number of quality and security tests. Here you can get
some information about the quality of V-Baby products. As part of an
ongoing project, V-Baby always makes children's clothes to update and
pay special attention on children safety.
Fabric
For all underwear and sleepwear which direct contact baby's skin, we
only choose good quality cotton yarn to bring baby naturalness and comfort.
All fabric used are inspected for appearance of pilling and abrasion.
Chemical
AZO-free dyeing & printing stuff are used to prevent harmness on
skin and health. We take special care with substances that can provoke
skin irritation, allergies or cancer.
Nickel-free
We only use NICKEL-free buttons, zippers, jewelry to avoid skin allergies.
Button
and zipper
Button and zipper are tested for durability during production to prevent
possible danger on children.
Broken
needle
To avoid possible broken needle problem, we control the broken needle
during sewing, and before packing, each pc will be inspected by broken
needle inspecting machine.
